Portrait of polarstjärnblomma

Macro photograph of Stellaria longipes, known as polarstjärnblomma in Swedish, adorned with spherical dew droplets that act as natural lenses, reflecting and refracting the surrounding alpine flora. This picture is from one of the coolest photography trips of 2024. We were on a mountain that was 1738 meters above sea level and were inside the clouds. These clouds created an amazing dew on everything that grew and my camera kept on clicking!
